Dr. Judi Bloom is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family psychotherapy, and maintains a private practice in Santa Monica and Palm Desert, Ca.
With over 18 years experience as a clinician, and a graduate of Cornell and Antioch Universities and Ryokan College specializing in Clinical Psychology, she is currently serving as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are addiction, anxiety, depression and relationships of all kinds.
In addition Dr. Bloom has presented to National radio and television shows on topics ranging from parenting issues to dealing with difficult personalities, trauma and attachment issues. Dr. Bloom is also available as a speaker on a wide range of topics related to the human condition.
Dr. Bloom is a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. She incorporates a blend of conventional and alternatives approaches, drawing upon a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. With sensitivity and compassion, she works with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
